What the hell is the matter with the Sports Tracker website? When I try to log in, it ALWAYS demands new activation.

And I uploaded all of my workouts to the service, but dashboard says I don't have any. Mobile client shows them uploaded. And how to you get help? they only have the feedback form, which I have tried to use several times to little avail...
Sportracker could be so much nicer with less features on mobile client. All fancy statistics and many other things should be moved to it's web service and mobile client should have spring cleaning.
Create idea, but having soooo engineering implementation that I'm just horrified.
@jounikjuntunen: exact my and my colleague's words. We discussed about the service last week. It has a lot of potential. I'm using it once in a while. But... as you said, it is a bit too engineeric as you pointed out :) and hey! Where is the RSS feed for my Jaiku stream?!
One feature I would add however. And it can be done in the web side.
Integration to Polar data files. You just upload Polar heart rate monitor data to sportracker (it seems to be ascii) and you can see what has been your heart rate during the trip in specific locations. Data could be matched by phone/polar time.
I just realized that I am mayby partly to blame..The activation key has been sent to a e-mail account which doesn't exist..I made a typo when joining the service..
