I pay 49,95 euro for 3000 minutes and 3000 pieces of the following: voice, sms, mms and video calls. Unlimited 1 megabyte dataconnection is included in the charge.
Company pays, but for data plan it's 2Mbps unlimited for 29,95 i think. Not sure how the voice and messaging stuff are billed. Usually monthly charges are above 100€ due to testing (working on VT) and roaming
about $150 USD for 450 anytime, unlimited nights/weekends (starting 7pm), unlimited SMS/MMS, Sprint Navigation (turn by turn GPS navigation on the phone) and unlimited EVDO-A 3G data on my laptop.
$69.99 Family Plan with 3 lines 700 minutes Shared with Rollover, Unlimited Nights and Weekends, Free AT&T to AT&T calls, Media Max $20 Unlimited Data + 200 SMS, MMS messaging incoming and outgoing. It totals to about $120 USD a month with taxes..
$64 total per month on at&t. $39.95 for 450 minutes, $19.95 for Unlimited MediaNet (3.5G internet, maybe 5GB capped) and $2.99 for 200 sms + mms. I also get a 12% corporate discount from my work. This is a three year old plan, and upgrading would likely raise the total for the same service.
More or less the same everywhere I think. Any surprises? I think the voice minutes are kind of low in the packages above. I mean I don't use 3000 minutes but 250-450 seems little when you have to pay for the incoming calls.
@TheBlueNile - also, though, with 450 Anytime minutes, I get unlimited nights and weekends, and more importantly, unlimited Mobile-To-Mobile to anyone else using AT&T, which is ALOT of people. I blow through several thousand minutes, but I have to hunt to find someone I want to call that's not on AT&T.
@rcadden: yes, if you can put a circle of phone's under the same operator you could get similar benefits here and it is an aspect to consider when available.
@ACUK: I live in Finland and we don't pay for the incoming calls or sms either. Alltough with my minutes I usually don't answer when my pals call. I just hang up and call back.

I've got "unlimited" Skype-to-Skype and, being Europe, incoming calls/normal sms is free! ;-)

T-Mobile USA charges US$80 for 1000 minutes + unlimited data (EDGE only). This includes unlimited nights+weekends.

@TheBlueNile: I do the same thing, especially if I know my friends are on pay-as-you-go.
